Saw Operative – Patchway (BS34) – Weekends

Pay: £25.34 per hour (weekly pay)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Saturday & Sunday – 6am–6pm

Location: Patchway, Bristol (BS34)

Training Pay: £15.90 per hour (first 3–4 weeks, Mon–Fri)

Role Overview of Saw Operative:

We’re recruiting an experienced Saw Operative for a leading commercial and aerospace manufacturing business in Patchway (BS34). This is a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering outstanding pay, stability and genuine career progression. If you have experience operating band saws, circular saws, or bar saws, this is an excellent chance to join a growing and supportive team.

You will complete an initial 3–4 week training period, Monday to Friday, paid at £15.90 per hour, before moving onto weekend shifts at the weekend rate.

Key Responsibilities of Saw Operative:

• Operating saws to cut metal materials to precise customer specifications
• Using band saws, with circular saw or bar saw experience welcomed
• Carrying out general warehouse and production duties
• Ensuring accuracy, quality and safe working practices at all times

Requirements of Saw Operative:

• Previous experience operating saws (metal cutting preferred)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work weekend shifts
