The European Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching websites across a number of European countries. Thereon, the successful candidate will utilise their knowledge of driving traffic to sites and effective web management to ensure the business continues to grow. The European Marketing Manager will be data driven, and will utilise this information to continuously improve the performance of the sites, and sales growth, but also creative, developing suitable content to engage consumers.

The successful candidate will eventually lead a team, as each website is launched a new country specialist will join. This role is home-based (but the candidate will be required to travel to the South West England in order to meet with Senior Leadership regularly), and therefore, the successful candidate will have a track record in remote people management.
