Pharmacist – Ipswich, Suffolk

Location: Ipswich
Hours: 42 hours per week (average)
Weekend Requirement: Alternate Saturdays - 9am - 1pm
Salary: £56,435 – £57,106 per annum (depending on experience)
Additional Earnings: Bonus potential of approximately £12,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join a busy and community-focused pharmacy in Ipswich, Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality NHS and private healthcare services while leading a supportive pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to provide and support a range of NHS and private services including:

• Weight management services (training can be provided if required)
• Travel clinic services (training can be provided if required)
• NHS Contraceptive Service
• NHS Pharmacy First Service
• COVID & Flu vaccination services (must already be trained and competent in vaccine administration)

Candidate Requirements

• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a pharmacy team
• Vaccination accreditation and practical experience administering vaccines
