DUTIES:
- Provide quality customer service.
- Create and maintain schedules for production crews and PHC team.
- Use workers and resources in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Provide quick responses to production issues.
- Identify problems and help improve processes.
- Use software to generate reports and schedules.
- Ensure that company/customer deadlines are met.
- Communicate with crews and management.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ years of experience scheduling
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Sitting for long periods of time
