POSITION SNAPSHOT:   Our client is launching a reliability‑first polymer additive manufacturing microfactory built around predictable Delivery Windows and high‑quality Evidence Packs that include CTQs, photos, traceability, and Certificates of Conformance using MJF technology.  They are bringing a new level of discipline and proof to AM production, especially for Orthotics & Prosthetics customers who depend on consistent turnaround and documented quality. To lead this launch, they are hiring a hands‑on COO/GM who will build and run the operating system of the microfactory from the ground up. This role is deeply execution‑focused: owning the capacity calendar, enforcing WIP discipline, running daily flow and risk reviews, overseeing production from print release through finishing and shipment, and ensuring that every order leaves the shop with accurate documentation and on‑time performance.  This leader will also shape the customer experience by running the quoting workflow, setting delivery commitments, turning repeat business into structured capacity programs, and managing customer updates and escalations with clarity and confidence. As the microfactory scales, the COO/GM will hire, train, and develop the operations team while building cross‑coverage and maintaining a safe, audit‑ready facility.
