I’m working closely with one of global food manufacturer, located in a beautiful town in north Wales, they’re recruiting for an assistant accountant, if you ‘re someone that’s had a few years’ experience and is now looking for further development in a company that invest in their employees, don’t wait and apply NOW!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing additional support and cover as required to other members of the Finance and Administration Team
• Collating and monitoring central capital and project management costs.
• Preparation and issuing weekly company sales report including investigation of any unusual entries
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns, declarations and reconciliations
• Reconciling and managing multi-currency bank accounts and preparing of cash forecasts.
• Reconciling monthly pension contributions and notification of starters and leavers to the pension provider.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience of working within an accounts department
• Be AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part qualified
• Proficient to a minimum of Intermediate Level in MS Excel
