NPD Project Manager (home and office working) (ZEST/JS/1212) Hampshire, England
| Salary: | GBP45000 - GBP50000 per annum + plus package and bonus |
Strong NPD Project Manager required for well established and innovative business. You will be managing key innovation projects, following concept approval and pushing these projects through to launch.
You will need to have prior experience in similar project management focussed role in food or be an NPD Manager who is used to working heavily on projects.
Key responsibilities:
•Deliver NPD projects on time in full in a way that is positive and progressive.
•Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
•Effective and clear communications to all stakeholders in a timely fashion
•Work with the Market to plan and define the scope of projects, including the clear responsibilities of stakeholders
•Influence, manage, brief and lead people across Team NPD, markets, TSC (including Commodities, Procurement, Data Team, Finance, Regulatory & Supply Centres) and relevant external suppliers (including design agencies, material suppliers, co-packers etc.) to engage in, take accountability and deliver projects.
•Role model the use of tools, keeping of project statuses and key milestones updated.
•Continual focus on process improvement opportunities and proactively share leanings on projects
