Duration: 12 months – with 1 x 12 month extension options
Location: Canberra, ACT

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance
• Previous experience in military concepts work, including analysis and writing.
• Understanding of the Joint Concepts Framework.
• Understanding of the Defence Strategy Framework.
• Experience with the Defence Capability Life Cycle or One Defence Capability System.
• Knowledge of Defence needs and requirements development.
• General understanding of Defence Finance and procurement policy and procedures from the perspective of the Integrated Investment Program and Integrated Capability Assessment.
• Qualifications or equivalent experience in project management and/or systems engineering.
• High-level knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with Defence stakeholders including ADF, APS, and contractors.
