Duration: 12 months – with 2 x 12 month extension options
Location: Canberra, ACT

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to explain complex ideas succinctly in plain English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build constructive professional relationships with senior stakeholders outside of immediate work area, vendors and colleagues.
• A clear understanding of procurement regulation, associated legislation, requirements and experience in Government Procurement, Contracting and Financial Management.
• Ability to manage and respond to tasking in the time frames assigned.
• Experience with, and an understanding of complex procurement.
• Ability to work quickly to achieve results as part of a dynamic, accountable team of subject matter experts.
• Proven background working with Tender evaluations, familiar with the ICTPA & DSS Panels, Section 23 approvals, RFQ and register maintenance.
