Duration: 12 months – with 2 x 12 month extension options
Location: Canberra, ACT (other locations will be considered)

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance
• GIS Developer, with demonstrable expertise in managing, or working in an Agile project to deliver custom web tools in ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Agile methodology to engage with stakeholders to develop a Sprint plan and manage issues in JIRA and Confluence.
• Design and implement spatial web applications using JavaScript Web Components, HTML, CSS and Python in the ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Use, and development of ESRI tools including Web App Builder, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Insights, and dashboards.
• Publish services, create Web Maps and manage user access to maps and services using ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise.
• Maintain geodatabase schemas in an Enterprise Geodatabase/MS SQL Server environment.
• Utilise Python scripting to develop and maintain data management, data validation, data publishing automation, spatial analysis and visualisation.
• Maintain application and project documentation.
