Salary: GBP25000 - GBP28000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Do you have experience working as a PA/Office Manager? We are looking for a PA/Office Manager with some general HR experience to provide support to the Managing Director and ensure that compliance across Health and Safety, Human Resources, Facilities and Insurance. You will join a friendly and vibrant team who operate in an exciting industry. This is an integral role to the business which with give you the opportunity to take ownership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for the Managing Director
  • Attend Managers meetings and external events/roadshows when required.
  • Oversee successful organisation and co-ordination of corporate events. 
  • Make travel arrangements/Hotel bookings for international colleagues
  • Act as a point of contact for Solicitors and attend any legal meetings.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Office and that the workplace is safe and compliant.
  • Manage staff when their direct line manager is away from the office.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional, self-motivated and pro-active
  • Adaptable and highly organised
  • High attention to detail and extremely efficient
  • Experience in a PA / Office Manager role (Essential)
  • General HR experience (Preferable)
  • Excellent written / oral communications skills
  • Proficient with Outlook – particularly diary management
  • Thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment
