Salary: Immediate Start

100K - $130K + Super (depending on HR Systems experience)

About the Opportunity:

  • Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Administrator, HRIS Coordinator, Payroll Systems Officer or HR Operations professional.
  • Immediate commencement required — candidates must be available to start straight away.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance, optimisation and day-to-day operation of the organisation’s Dayforce HRIS platform.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll and Workforce Management teams to ensure accurate data, effective processes and strong system support.
  • Hybrid working environment – Inner City

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Systems & Process Manager, you will provide critical support across the organisation’s HR systems environment, ensuring data accuracy, smooth system operation and effective stakeholder support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update employee and organisational data within Dayforce, including employee records, job assignments, departments and organisational structures.
  • Complete regular HR system updates and ensure data integrity across HR and Payroll systems.
  • Support HRIS workflows, forms and configuration changes under guidance.
  • Perform regular data checks, audits and validation activities to maintain accurate employee information.
  • Provide first-line support for HR system queries from HR, Payroll, leaders and employees.
  • Assist with PageUp recruitment, learning and performance system queries.
  • Generate regular HR reports, data extracts and dashboard updates.
  • Support audit requirements through accurate reporting and documentation.

About You:

You will be an organised and detail-focused HR Systems professional who enjoys working with technology, data and people.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience within HR systems, HR administration, payroll systems or HR operations.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, PageUp or similar systems (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management and system workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
  • Confidence using Excel and producing HR reports and data extracts.
