A highly successful, family-owned business based in Moorabbin is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their supportive and friendly team. With free onsite parking and a flexible approach, they are ideally seeking someone full-time, however school hours will also be considered for the right person.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping, working closely with a welcoming team in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Banking and reconciliations
• AP / AR / Invoicing
• Preparation of BAS & GST
• ATO lodgements
• End-to-end payroll for office and warehouse staff
• EOM & EOY processing
• Cashflow management

To be successful in the this role you will bring:

• Strong bookkeeping experience
• Ideally, experience working within a small business environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working in a close-knit team
