The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Compliance Manager to join a successful international organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring the business meets its employment obligations across Australia and international markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in employment compliance, workplace relations or HR governance who enjoys identifying risks, improving processes and working closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employment compliance across a large, multi-site international business.
• Ensure employment practices align with relevant legislation, regulations and industrial instruments.
• Conduct compliance audits, identify potential risks and implement improvements.
• Review employment contracts, HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Provide practical advice to HR, Payroll, Operations and senior leadership teams.
• Monitor legislative changes and support the business in adapting to new requirements.
• Strengthen compliance processes across onboarding, payroll, rostering, leave and employee exits.
• Support compliance requirements associated with business growth.

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with:

• Strong experience in employment compliance, workplace relations & HR governance.
• Experience within a large, multi-site business would be beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and workplace regulations.
• Exposure to international employment compliance would be highly regarded.
• Experience managing compliance audits, identifying risks and improving business processes.
