We are partnering with an exciting new HR consulting business in its first year of operation that is already building strong momentum and a growing client base. This is a rare opportunity for an HR proferssional to join at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the business.

Based in Moorabbin, this role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is excited with the prospect of working with multipole clients. The successful candidate will bring Employee Relations knowledge as well as a varied HR background.

This position would suit an HR Officer seeking a long term opportunity to help build something from the ground up, while working with multiple clients rather than just within one business.

Key Responsibilitie

• Partner with businesses to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
• Employee Realtions 
• Performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
• Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
• Build strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with clients
• Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success

About You

• 2-3 years (minimum) HR experience
• A flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a growing business
• Highly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Takes ownership and pride in delivering great outcomes for clients
