We are partnering with an exciting new HR consulting business in its first year of operation that is already building strong momentum with a growing client base. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join a business in its early stages and play a meaningful role in shaping its future.

Based in Moorabbin, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working directly with clients to solve complex people issues. The successful candidate will bring strong Employee Relations expertise, commercial thinking, and the confidence to operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

This position would suit an HR professional with strong experience, particularly someone who enjoys consulting-style work and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert Employee Relations advice to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Manage complex matters including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
• Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
• Partner with business leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR solutions
• Build strong and trusted relationships with clients
• Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through exceptional service and accountability

About You:

• Minimum 4–5 years’ HR experience with Employee Relations capability
• Previous HR consulting experience highly desirable
• Startup Mindset
• Highly professional with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing advisory role
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Someone who thinks and acts like an owner, taking real accountability for their work and client relationships
