An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Services Manager to join a growing and values-driven NDIS provider. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll work closely with operational leaders to ensure the organisation consistently delivers high-quality, compliant and person-centred services.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, managing quality and compliance, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring services meet the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organisation's quality, risk and compliance function.
- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and all relevant legislation.
- Manage accreditation activities, internal and external audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and quality frameworks.
- Oversee incident management, complaints, investigations and organisational risk registers.
- Analyse quality and compliance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Coordinators to ensure best practice, compliance and high-quality participant outcomes.
- Review Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and ensure compliance with restrictive practice requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with participants, families, support workers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation, reporting and records are accurate, compliant and up to date.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Compliance, Practice Leadership or Business Improvement role within the NDIS sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements and accreditation processes.
- Sound understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice legislation.
- Experience managing incidents, complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to build rapport with participants, families, support workers and operational leaders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong focus on documentation, compliance and attention to detail.
