ABOUT THE COMPANY.



We are partnering with a multi-billion dollar ASX-listed company who have a very sophisticated finance team. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join in a role that sits within their financial control arm that will partner with multiple stakeholders within finance and the operations of the business.



Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, this role would be well suited to someone who is eager to drive change, has had experience managing people before and is interested in the possibility to join a company with fantastic leadership throughout.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.

• Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely & compliant financials for the company by managing financial control risk and leading a team of 3 direct reports
• Partner with multiple operational teams and the broader group to identify areas for efficiencies within the finance function
• Act as a true business partner when it comes to technical and judgemental matters
• Undertake finance projects alongside senior management
• As required, assist other senior leaders when undertaking audit and releasing annual financial statements

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
• Demonstrated managerial & leadership experience essential
• 5+ years accounting experience post qualification
• Mid-Tier OR Top-Tier accounting firm experience highly valued
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
