About the opportunity

Join a welcoming and professional finance team. Reporting to the Senior AR Officer, you will provide Accounts Receivable and Collections support to help clear a large back log of collections. 

Duties

• Allocating payments daily
• Following up invoices with customer, sales team or customer service team as necessary
• Collect customer debt in line with the credit policy 
• Reconciliations 
• Process customer debit and credit notes 
• Assess customers credit limits  
• Respond to customer inquiries 

Skills and Experience

• SAP experience and strong Excel skills
• Full function AR experience 
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
