OVERVIEW: The successful candidate serves as the dedicated primary representative of ESS for assigned school districts within the School District of Philadelphia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff to support site-specific program needs.
- Supervise ESS personnel including aides, assistants, and other support staff.
- Manage and submit required documentation (e.g., timesheets, reports, rosters, attendance, billing).
- Monitor staffing metrics such as hiring, turnover, and retention.
- Ensure accuracy of time records and timely submission.
- Support performance improvement initiatives related to staffing and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, school contacts, and corporate staff.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to on-site issues, escalating when necessary.
- Regular, in-person attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Supervisory experience, ideally in education or staffing
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and reporting tools.
