Employment Placement Representative (Incentive-Based, Outbound Contact)

OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Employment Placement Representative to work in our Cherry Hill, NJ office and support our Northeast teams The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our substitute employees and applicants while fulfilling substitute teacher assignments.

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Working Hours: 2 shifts available
    • M-F 6am to 3pm and 11am – 8pm
  • Work Location: In-office.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Representatives to join our dynamic employment placement team. In this role, you will engage job seekers via outbound calls, emails and texts to connect them with substitute job opportunities, schedule assignments, and support them through the placement process. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your success is rewarded through competitive incentives and commission-based pay for every successful job placement.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound communication to substitute staff on available assignments.
  • Qualify staff for current assignment openings based on certification, and job readiness.
  • Explain assignment opportunities clearly, including pay rates, schedules, and school district expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking or CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and placement goals.
  • Work closely with designated management to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to substitute teachers throughout the placement process.
  • Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments.
  • Regular, in-person attendance in office is required.
  • Other duties as assigned or as become evident.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a call center, staffing agency, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by goals, performance metrics, and earning potential.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems, CRM tools, and data entry.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).

  • Competitive base hourly pay with bonuses for each successful placement.
