• You do not need previous banking experience.

You do need to have Consulted before; have a natural affinity for mathematics; have some experience in a highly regulated industry as well as have good software development skills using the .NET Framework.

The role allow you to work within cross functional teams focusing on global scale clients. You'll significantly impact Devops evolution within the platforms, as well as influence how the business adopts/optimises their automation and QA approaches.

You would be perfect for the role if you:

• Specifically want Banking experience.
• Have led or are ready to lead small, Scrum teams.
• Have good C# coding skills.
• Have strong DDD / OOD based design experience.

You will onboard far quicker if you:

• Solid
• Responsive web principles
• Oracle or Sql Server
• Have worked as a Scrum Master before.

This is permanent work. You'll see increases in salary up to $145k + Super but you'll also see significant benefits especially in bonuses earned as well as committed training programs.
