This hybrid role of Strategic HR Business Partnering and Project Management will provide an exciting and varied role driving our people strategy and roadmap. We have some good foundations in place, this will be about evolution, taking things to the next level and moving towards a best-in-class approach with exceptional basics.
You will bring both passion and experience in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D, DE&I, EVP, Culture and Employee Experience which you will use to partner closely with our leadership teams and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support our overall business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture and enhance our employee experience across the company.
MAIN DUTIES
Strategic HRBP
- Strategic HR business partner to our HQ managers and employee population on a broad range of support in the areas including talent planning, coaching, employee experience, engagement and development, performance and compensation
- Advice and guide managers on organisational design methodologies and principles to form future-state people strategies that deliver on business and functional objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to both managers and our people on complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
- Establish a data-driven approach by developing and implementing robust metrics and analytics that measure the effectiveness and impact of our HR initiatives, empowering informed decision-making and aligning our efforts with overarching business objectives.
Projects
- Partnering with the Group HR Director to successfully implement the annual people plan in line with the business strategy
- Provide regular status updates on the implementation of the annual people plan activities
- Cross functional (HR, Finance & Operations) Programme Manager for the implementation of a new HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Rostering system
- Lead on multiple initiatives such as Performance Management & Performance Related Pay, EVP, mission and Values, Employee Opinion Survey & action planning, external recognition and engagement initiatives such as Great Place to Work, Culture and engagement
Reward
- Partnering with the Group HR Director in the design, development and implementation of a total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment to the business goals and company values including clear job architecture, job levelling, salary benchmarking and salary ranges to ensure a consistent and transparent approach to reward decisions
- Responsible for the regular analysis of market trends and benchmarks to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive
- Providing relevant HR data and information to support the drafting of all required presentations and documents for RemCo, Board and Director meetings
- Evaluate external recognition and engagement initiatives to evolve our reward proposition
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership position and experience of working across the areas of Reward & Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field along with being CIPD qualified
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance and regulations, with the ability to provide guidance on complex employee relations issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
