The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading US Tech MNC – to find an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst.
- This role offers the chance to work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and develop insightful Power BI dashboards and reports that drive sound business decisions and operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, report creation, and dashboard design, with solid skills in Power BI and Excel to manage and interpret financial datasets effectively.
The Talent
- 4-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics roles.
- Proficient in Power BI with hands-on experience designing dashboards and reports.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills essential for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal clients to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting priorities.
- Design, build, and document Power BI dashboards, reports, and alerts, supporting financial tooling and reporting.
- Analyze complex business processes and develop data models to support business cases and IT projects.
- Train clients to use data analytically, presenting information in user-friendly and insightful formats.
- Work closely with the Singapore-based BI team and participate in occasional in-person collaboration at the Data Center (North location) or main office (central location).
