Ideally the candidate will have in-depth understanding of the AR process and full function experience. You will be working with a close-knit friendly team. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be an excellent problem solver but also has the ability to ask for assistance. If you enjoy working in a high volume environment then this is the position for you!
Skills and Experience
- SAGE 300 experience
- Accounts receivable knowledge and competency
- Strong consulting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Mature and confident work ethic
- Experience in Management of debtors, including reconciliation to the general ledger and ensuring compliance with payment terms
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Previous Industry Experience (e.g. Not for Profit Organisation)
- Oversee and check the daily banking deposits.
- Update and post general ledger transactions.
- Reconcile nominated GL accounts on a monthly basis
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise in MS Office Package, Excel
- Solid accounting and financial skills
- Self – starter
- Initiative to think outside the square
