Training Expert / Coach (J126883) Noord-Brabant, Nederland
Our fantastic and well-established client is currently seeking a skilled Training Expert/Coach to join their team.
You will be responsible for optimizing knowledge transfer and maintaining a user-friendly knowledge base.
As the Training Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training solutions, webinars, and seminars. It will be your responsibility to evaluate trainee progress and ensure effective knowledge transfer. Drawing upon your expertise in e-Training, you will propose suitable methods, including the implementation of a Learning Management System, while managing training programs and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently lead engaging classes and influence others.
- Experience with E-training
- A customer-focused approach and adaptability in a multidisciplinary environment are essential.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
