We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to work in a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain workshop floor areas, including sweeping, and removing debris.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Clean and sanitise work surfaces, machinery, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, changing light bulbs, painting and minor repairs.
- Support production and facility teams by transporting materials, tools, and finished products as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling hazardous materials or operating machinery.
- Notify the facilities coordinator of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager/facilities coordinator which could include taking in deliveries and manual handling.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Ideally 8am to 5pm but there can be some flexibility on start time
