We are looking for reliable a Production Operative in Carlisle with an eye for detail and a solid understanding of the importance of health and safety and the ability to work as part of a team.

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for carrying out duties to a high standard as well as assisting in the general smooth running of the department.

Shift Pattern

3 on 3 off- days and nights- 3 days on, 3 off, 3 nights on etc.

Days- 6am to 6pm

Nights- 6pm to 6am

Except during your training period where you will work:

Monday to Friday- 8.30am to 5pm

You must be able to commit to both the training shift pattern and trained pattern or we cannot offer you the position.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Ability to work alone under own initiative.
• The ability to persevere through hard work.
• A willingness to work alone and with others.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.

It would be great if you also had the following – but it isn’t a deal breaker!

• Previous experience in Production Operations
• A decent understanding of English
