Salary: GBP50000 - GBP55000 per annum + Relocation Package

 

 

Hampton’s Resourcing are working exclusively with a national Education and Care provider who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to become their next Head of Care in Dorset

 

The Head of Care will manage the children’s homes attached to the Day School which provide support for students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated complex needs, including attachment and trauma issues.

 

With a range of learning and communication difficulties, our young people are fully supported with a tailored programme for their Care and Education and our expertise to manage the different ways they express themselves through behaviour and non-verbal interaction.

We are looking for an outstanding leader who can demonstrate a great track record, a comprehensive understanding of the children’s care setting for SEN, Quality Assurance systems and processes and the drive to develop positive and engaging relationships with all our key stakeholders.

 

You will be an expert in your field, bringing best in class experience with a clear vision and understanding of the link between leadership and true impact. Supporting our children and their families from the very first time they meet the teams, you will have a minimum of NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, with at least two years qualified experience. Registration with Ofsted as a RM or RI will have given you the proven track record of good regulatory outcomes that our children deserve.

 

You will have a real eye for detail – knowing that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes, the regulatory environment that we operate in and the demands that this places on all aspects of our work.

Bringing our plans for the School and Residential provision to life will be challenging and intense but, with enthusiasm, creativity and a hands on approach, the reward and satisfaction will be second to none. Package – Up to £55,000 + Relocation Package.
