Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test protocols and procedures for HVAC systems
- Conduct performance testing on HVAC products to evaluate efficiency, capacity, airflow, temperature control, and other key parameters
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements
Background Required
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC testing or related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Happy to work on-site and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills
