The Company
My client is a Global QS / PM consultancy who deliver a range of iconic projects across Australia across various sectors. They are growing significantly across specialisms in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as a strategic area of growth and are looking for Client Side Project Managers, across a range of roles, to work on a number of Defence Projects in Queensland.
The Opportunity
You will be delivering a range of projects, varying in scope and size for key Defence projects across QLD. You will be working closely with a supportive and experienced team who specialise in Client Side Project Management in the Defence space. Candidates with project experience outside of the Defence sector will also be able to assist with the deliver of a number of other projects in my client's pipeline across commercial, healthcare and retail projects.
About You
It is expected that you will be a Construction Professional with a background in either Contract Administration or Client Side Project Management and relevant tertiary education in a related discipline. Experience for a Department or consultancy or builder where you have worked on Defence projects is highly regarded. Project experience can be either minor projects including capital works and maintenance or delivering large projects. It is expected you will have exceptional internal and external stakeholder engagement, be willing and able to effectively work autonomously or in a team.
