Salary: GBP650 - GBP688 per day Senior Solutions Architect (Azure Migration - Cloud) - £688 p/day, 6 mnth+ contract (inside IR35)
I am looking for a Senior Solutions Architect (x2) with experience of delivering Azure cloud native solutions who is keen to be part of a major transformation and business change programme within the insurance / financial services industry.
Based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire / North London (remote and very flexible during the pandemic, 1-2 days in the office thereafter) you'll work as a Senior Solutions Architect focused on creating and designing Azure cloud solutions, supporting the delivery lifecycle and providing leadership to other architects, engineers and stakeholders within the business.
As well as experience of migrating solutions to Azure cloud as a Senior Solutions Architect you will have experience of delivering complex, enterprise solutions. Any experience of the following would be great but not essential: on-premise solutions, enterprise integration patterns, microservice architecture, API management, Service Bus, Big Data (Hadoop / Cloudera), Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI and/or Qlik.
What it would be great for the Senior Solutions Architect to have:
- Proven experience of delivering and migrating solutions to Azure cloud in a complex, enterprise environment
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservice architecture
- Strong ability to help make / guide decisions and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience in some of the following: implementations, CI/CD, DevOps, Blue/Green, A/B, Infrastructure as Code, TOGAF, BPMN, Automation, Maching Learning, Digital, .NET
- / C#, React / Angular, javaScript, HTML5
- Capable of producing strategy that covers patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps and vision statements
