Greenfield Opportunity: Are you an Indirect Tax Financial Services adviser, looking to exercise your entrepreneurial side?
Delighted to be partnering with an FS firm, experiencing exponential growth and quickly asserting itself as a global business, to appoint their first time Indirect Tax hire.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading on global indirect tax advisory
- Reviewing and implementing new Indirect Tax framework
- Partnering with wider business functions and providing training on Indirect Tax affairs.
- Continuously optimising process and systems
- Some coverage of operational taxes
- Review of compliance, prepared by finance
- Managing relations with external advisors and HMRC
- Stakeholder management
- Continuously mitigating against risk and implementing correct controls and procedures to reduce exposure.
- Leading from an Indirect Tax perspective on any project related work.
This is an exceptional opportunity, to play a pinnacle role in their journey, in establishing a new Indirect Tax process & lead on all strategic affairs.
Circa:£90,000 +OT30% bonus/bens
Given the business complexity, this requires a specialised Financial Services expert, ideally with a CTA/Big4 trained background, possessing some in-house experience.
