Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a Client Service Advisor to join a well-established property maintenance company based in Scarborough, reporting in to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for carrying out welcome calls to all new clients, being there main point of contact throughout the journey and supporting the Client Experience team provide an excellent service to their clients.
The Role:
- Welcome calls to all new clients
- First point of contact for all clients that have queries or need directing to the relevant team
- Managing our refund process
- Recording and reporting all KPI’s daily/weekly
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in client service / client experience
- Driven self-starter, with a vision for continuous improvement
- Passionate about delivering excellent client service
The Benefits:
- Salary £19,000-£21,000 per annum
