Salary: GBP22000 - GBP24000 per annum


Job Title: Customer Acquisition Agent
Location: Warrington based/ Hybrid after training
Hours: Shift Pattern between the hours of 9-8 Mon - Fri 12-8 being the latest shift they will be expected to do 1-2 lates a week. 10-6 Saturday 10-4 Sunday

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Fully reviews all proofs received to verify customers identity and establish customers monthly income

  • Where bank statements are received – review bank conduct to establish affordability

  • Complete ‘Income and Expenditure’ call with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoings information

  • Assesses the customers’ ability to repay the loan over the term of the agreement

  • Ensures all information on finance applications is fully and accurately completed.

  • Gains relevant marketing consents from customers

  • Completed formal quotations with customers conforming loan repayments are affordable for full term.

  • Discusses and gains agreement from customers on Payment Reminder System

  • Completes ‘Pre-Sign up’ call with customers to detail the offer of credit, SECCI and HPA ensuring each element is explained in full

  • Gains customer’s confirmation that they have a full understanding of all documents and requirements and are happy to proceed

  • Makes outbound calls to customers to progress all applications to completion

  • Effectively handles inbound calls from customers and dealers querying statuses of applications
