Warehouse Operative with Forklift License
We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift License to a join the market leaders in central heating supplies for the holiday home industry based in Beverley (HU17). This is a temporary contract which could lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate, offering a payrate of £12 - £12.50 per hour.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT LICENSE!

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The Warehouse Operative with Forklift License role is a Temporary contract initially for a period of 2-3 months however this could lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate. The role will commence with immediate effect.
Job description
As a Warehouse Operative with Forklift License you will be responsible for the day to day warehouse operations. Your duties will include;
- Picking and packing in the warehouse
- Operating a counterbalance forklift
- Unloading deliveries from trucks using the forklift
- Ensuring all stock is stored in a tidy and safe manner
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Warehouse Operative with Forklift License you must;
- Have a valid Counterbalance license
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience driving a counterbalance forklift
- Have previously worked in a similar warehousing roles
- Be confident in the safe use of manual handling techniques
- Be self motivated and have a great attitude to work
