Telehandler

Working in partnership with water sites based in Hull, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Machine operator with a valid Telehandler license to work in the HU9 area. This is an temp to perm position that could go perm after 12 weeks with a pay rate of (£13.50/hr)

Shift pattern / Working hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6am or 7am start
• Shifts can be either 8 or 10 hours
• Fantastic pay!! £13.50
• You must have a valid Telehandler license
• Experience using a bucket attachment

Start date / Duration

The Machine operator role is a temp to perm position with a 12 week duration. This will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job description

As a Machine operator you will be responsible for using a Telehandler to load out sludge Cake (Treated human waste) into lorries for onward delivery to farms for fertiliser, having a flexible attitude and a willingness to work are essential.

 Day to day you will be expected to;

• Use the onsite tablet for communications, calls, emails and messages for the movements of stocks and also comms internally
• Using a Telehandler to load of 8 wheelers with sewage cake and logging and tracking information
• Inspecting machinery first thing to make sure its running as intended

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Machine operator you must;

• Have Telehandler experience
• Own a valid Telehandler license
• Have own transport, due to location
• Proven experience as a Machine operator experience using a bucket for loading bulk materials
