SALES ADMINISTRATOR

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to a join a global distributor based on the outskirts of Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers stability, great training opportunities and a starting salary of £23,500.

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

 

Start date / Duration

The Sales Administrator role is a Temp to Perm position that will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. This will be a permanent placement after completion of 12 working weeks.

 

Job description

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for processing customer orders to support thre Customer Success team. Your duties will include;

·       Processing customer orders

·       Liaising with thew CS team and commercial department to best support customers

·       Managing the workflow of orders through to the warehouse

·       Confirming orders to customers with a back order report

·       Sourcing alternative products and switching these out for customers where necessary

·       Booking in deliveries

·       Managing the sales inbox

·       Scanning delivery notes

 

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Sales Administrator you must;

·       Have excellent organisation skills and able to work under pressure

·       Be able to prioritise tasks and manage own workload efficiently

·       Have the ability to work to targets and deadlines

·       Be competent on Microsoft Mail, Excel and Word

·       Have excellent customer service and administration skills
