The Opportunity
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are delighted to be partnering with a successful international organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator to join their HR Shared Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service, ensuring employee data is accurate, supporting payroll and benefits processes, and providing day-to-day guidance to a small HR administration team.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead the delivery of HR administration activities across the full employee life cycle.
  • Support, coach and develop HR Apprentices within the team.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, on boarding, contractual changes, benefits administration and company fleet processes.
  • Assist with payroll activities, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records within SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Produce HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage the HR Shared Services inbox, ensuring service levels and response times are consistently met.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the wider HR function.


Who Are We Looking For?

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Strong background within HR Administration, HR Coordination or an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, systems and employee life cycle activities.
  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits and HR administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when supporting employees and stakeholders.
