Our client is a specialist mechanical engineering practice that specialises in premium commercial projects - new build, fit out and base build.

They are involved throughout the project lifecycle, often working as a client advisor coming in at the feasibility stage, conducting due diligence and lifecycle analysis, design, system selection and working alongside the contractors when it comes to commissioning – and believe they have a lot to offer on the sustainability front.

Many of their clients are big names within the commercial real estate world who are big on decarbonisation, and exploring how they can reduce the embodied carbon and associated environmental impact of their portfolios.

This family orientated consultancy is looking for an experienced senior mechanical engineer with experience across a diverse range of projects, including commercial – existing and new building.

This position sits within the company’s succession planning and would either suit an experienced senior consultant who has hit the glass ceiling in their current company and is looking to take on more responsibility, or an associate engineer looking for a company that can offer them flexibility to work on their terms, and eventually become an owner in the business.

There will be support and mentorship from the owners of the business, future ownership opportunities, and a clear opportunity for you to build a team around you.

This type of opportunity doesn’t come around too often!
