A global manufacturing business based in Witney are looking to take on Global Systems Coordinator. As a Global Systems Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and policies . My client prioritises the development and welfare of staff providing excellent career progression opportunities and training. This role will provide excellent work life balance offering days based role and a four day working week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Support environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives
• Support third-party audits, Support and participate in supplier audits, Plan, conduct, and report internal system audits
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
• To identify improved systems of work, through the process improvement system

Requirements

• Experience in a quality / compliance background. Ideally coming from an automotive or other highly regulated sector. Environmental
• IATF16949 / Automotive experience, experience of working with ISO14001, ISO9001. - internal and external audit experience.
• Experience in a quality or compliance role within the automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience working with OEM customer requirements and portals
