£12.50 - 13.50 per hour

Monday to Friday

Based in Huntingdon, they work with leading names in the automotive and motorsport industries, supplying high-quality bespoke parts. As a business, they value attention to detail, teamwork and developing specialist skills. They are looking for a Manual Router Operator / Fabricator who is keen to build their career in a hands-on manufacturing environment, producing complex components to the highest standards. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate manual routing and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and machine metal to precise tolerances
• Carry out manual forming, bending, and adjusting of components to achieve correct fit and finish
• Work accurately from engineering drawings, patterns, and templates
• Smooth edges, remove burrs, and ensure a high-quality surface finish
• Maintain workshop machinery and tools in safe working order
• Collaborate with engineers and fellow fabricators to meet production deadlines and quality standards 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working with aluminum
• Skilled in operating a Manual Router
• Strong fabrication experience, including aluminum forming
• Experience in Motorsport or Automotive manufacturing would be an advantage
