We work with a number of Tier 1, Tier 2 and specialist HVAC and M&E subcontractors across Sydney, on projects ranging from fit-out and refurbishment work through to large-scale retail, healthcare and data centre builds.

Off the back of that, we're keen to hear from HVAC Project Managers who want to see what's out there. No pressure to commit to one specific role. We'll talk you through what's live and find the right fit.

Responsibilities across the roles we're recruiting for include:

• Managing multiple HVAC fit-out and refurbishment projects from award through to completion, commissioning and handover
• Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and resource plans
• Coordinating engineering, drafting, procurement, site management and commissioning teams
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and labour resources to keep works safe, on time and on budget
• Reviewing design documentation and identifying value engineering, buildability and risk mitigation opportunities
• Preparing and administering purchase orders, subcontract agreements, variations and progress claims
• Monitoring project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and relevant Australian Standards
• Leading project meetings and reporting to senior management
• Maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, builders and other stakeholders

Salary depends on the business and project value, generally $130,000 to $170,000 plus Super and a vehicle allowance, more for those managing larger project values.
