Connexus are flat out right now.

We work with a number of Tier 1, Tier 2 and specialist HVAC and M&E subcontractors across Sydney, on projects ranging from fit-out and refurbishment work through to large-scale retail, healthcare and data centre builds.

Off the back of that, we're keen to hear from HVAC Project Engineers who want to see what's out there. No pressure to commit to one specific role. We'll talk you through what's live and find the right fit.

Responsibilities across the roles we're recruiting for include:

• Developing concept and detailed HVAC designs across D&C and Construct only projects
• Producing calculations, layouts, schematics and equipment schedules
• Equipment selection, specification and static pressure calculations
• Reviewing drawings and design documentation for compliance with Australian Standards and the NCC
• Coordinating mechanical design with other building services and drafting teams
• Identifying value engineering and constructability improvements
• Supporting the estimating team through scope reviews and tender pricing
• Providing engineering support through installation and commissioning
• Attending client, design and site coordination meetings

Salary depends on the business and project value, generally $100,000 to $140,000 plus Super, with more on the table for engineers ready to step up to Senior.
