Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes supporting disassembly.
- Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and OEM program launches from concept through full production implementation.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, PFMEA documents, control plans, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing standards.
- Establish process controls and manufacturing methods that ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.
- Develop CAPEX proposals and business cases for tooling, fixtures, gauges, testing equipment, material handling systems, automation, and facility improvements.
Requirements
- Experience of manufacturing engineering experience within high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and improving manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting new product launches, process industrialization, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Experience developing PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
