We’re recruiting for an multi-skilled engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for leading training opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a team or alone on shift 
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
• Drive continuous improvement and team development
• Report directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
• Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
• Strong independence 
• Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement
• FMCG experience highly desirable
