Join a leading FMCG manufacturing business in Peterborough that’s investing in growth and innovation. We’re looking for a skilled Engineering Team Leader to ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently and downtime is minimised.
You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Supervisor, and working on a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
- Level 3 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias)
- FMCG experience is a strong advantage
