What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & Develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Own Audits – internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC)
• Drive Improvements through non-conformance reporting and incident investigations
• Coach & Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions
• Be the Expert – confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Technical Management
• Strong background in B2B complaint handling
• Hands-on experience with non-conformance reporting
• Confident in BRC auditing (solo capability required)
• Demonstrated leadership in a quality or lab environment
• HACCP Level 2 certification
