Key Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery for $5–$20m government/education new builds and complex refurbs, ensuring program, quality, safety and budget outcomes.
• Drive subcontractor performance: let packages, coordinate trades, sequence works in live environments (schools/community assets).
• Champion HSEQ/IMS processes and foster a collaborative culture with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Mentor site teams (Foreman, CA support), produce look-aheads, manage risk and variations, and report to the Construction Manager.

What You Bring

• Proven #1 site leadership delivering institutional projects (schools, small gov buildings, aged care) in the $5–$20m range.
• Strong client and consultant references; track record handing over on time with excellent quality and safety.
• Depth across full trade scope (not just single packages) and confidence operating in live environments.
• Familiarity with ISO-aligned systems and government compliance; clear communication and stakeholder management.
