Seeking a Site Manager to take the reins on $50M Highrise Luxury Residential project in the Northern Beaches from start to finish.

Our client has a reputation for delivering exceptional residential and mixed-use developments throught Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities

• Manage site teams, trades, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations

• Drive construction schedules and quality control

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and consultants

• Lead a strong culture of safety, accountability, and high performance

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on $50M + residential or mixed-use projects

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• In-depth knowledge of NSW building codes and OH&S practices

• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management abilities

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or related field (highly regarded)
